Can I send a note with my flowers? Where can my recipient find it?
Yes! Check the box labeled 'This is a gift' in your cart or at checkout and write your personalized message. When your flowers arrive, the recipient can peel back the shipping label to reveal your note.
Will my flowers arrive in buds, or already blooming?
We pick most flowers in bud form. They travel much better and you can enjoy them longer. Some flowers, like mums, arrive fully open. Others, like roses and alstroemerias, need a day or two to bloom. Lilies and sunflowers may require a few days to fully pop. The warmer it is, the faster they will open, but avoid overheating and direct sunlight!
Can I pick the delivery date?
At this time, there is not an option to choose a future date (although we hope to have one soon!). All flowers ship overnight via UPS or FedEx. For next day delivery, order Monday through Thursday before 1:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will arrive in two days. All orders placed between 1:00 p.m. EST on Thursday and 1:00 p.m. EST on Monday will arrive the following Tuesday. Confirm your delivery date at checkout.
Do the flowers come pre-arranged?
Our floral designers arrange each bouquet specifically to maintain quality and consistency. However, you can arrange yours to your preference. When they arrive, simply cut the stems to your desired length, remove any leaves that will be underwater, and style them however you like!
